Initial Fertility Consultation

Fertility nutrition is complex and getting it right takes time. Your initial consultation runs for 60 minutes so we can go deep, covering your full medical history, relevant blood tests, current eating patterns, lifestyle and your specific goals and concerns.

From that assessment, I develop a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your situation. You’ll also receive:

• A fertility-friendly nutrition plan — practical, realistic and built around how you actually eat
• A detailed supplement guide — what to take, how much and why

Review Consultations

Review sessions are where the work continues. As your body responds and your situation evolves, your plan needs to evolve with it. Each 30-minute session includes progress review, targeted education, plan adjustments and additional resources tailored to where you’re at right now. 

Ongoing Support Options

Fertility nutrition isn’t usually resolved in a single appointment. It’s a process and having consistent support makes a meaningful difference. After your initial consultation, you can choose the level of ongoing support that suits you. 

• Single review sessions – book as needed, on your own timeline
• 3-session review bundle – structured support at a discounted rate, ideal if you want accountability and momentum
• 6-session review bundle – extended ongoing guidance for women who want support across a longer period

How Telehealth Appointments Work

All appointments are conducted via secure video call. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your link to join. Appointments run on AEST (Brisbane time) and all you need is a device with internet access and a quiet space.

Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

Individual appointments:
A $50 deposit is taken at the time of booking with the balance of payment taken during the consult. If you need to cancel:
Before your first session (at least 24 hours notice): appointment can be rescheduled, or deposit is refunded if you do not wish to reschedule. 
Within 24 hours or missed appointments: the $50 deposit is forfeited.

If I need to cancel: Occasionally I may need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer the earliest alternative time that suits you. If we can’t find a time that works, or if I’m unable to provide your remaining sessions for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund of everything unused.
