Initial Pregnancy Consultation
Your initial consultation runs for 60 minutes and covers your full medical history, current eating patterns, relevant blood tests, lifestyle and any symptoms or concerns you’re managing right now.
From that assessment, I develop a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your stage of pregnancy and your individual situation. You’ll also receive:
- A pregnancy-friendly nutrition plan — practical and built around how you actually eat
- A detailed supplement guide — what you need, what you’re likely already getting from food and where the gaps are
Review Consultations
As your pregnancy progresses, your nutritional needs change and your plan should too. Each 30 minute review session includes progress review, targeted education, plan adjustments and additional resources relevant to where you are right now.
Pregnancy Nutrition Mini-Consult
Not sure you need a full consultation? If you have one specific concern that’s affecting you right now, a Mini Consult might be exactly what you need.
These focused sessions provide personalised education, practical strategies and genuine reassurance around a single pregnancy nutrition issue, without the time or commitment of a full assessment.
Mini Consults are available for:
- Morning sickness and nausea
- Fatigue and low energy
- Constipation and digestive discomfort
- Food aversions and appetite changes
- Pregnancy supplement questions
It’s a simple way to get expert support quickly and if you’d like to explore things more fully down the track, a full consultation is always available.
Ongoing Support Options
Pregnancy spans months and your nutritional needs shift across each trimester. Ongoing support means your plan stays relevant as your pregnancy evolves. After your initial consultation, you can choose the level of support that suits you:
- Single review sessions — book as needed, on your own timeline
- 3-session review bundle — structured support at a discounted rate, ideal for accountability across a trimester
- 6-session review bundle — extended guidance for women who want consistent support from early pregnancy through to birth
How Telehealth Appointments Work
All appointments are conducted via secure video call. After booking you’ll receive a confirmation email with your link to join. Appointments run on AEST (Brisbane time) and all you need is a device with internet access and a quiet space.
Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Individual appointments
A $50 deposit is taken at the time of booking with the balance of payment taken during the consult. If you need to cancel:
Before your first session (at least 24 hours notice): appointment can be rescheduled, or deposit is refunded if you do not wish to reschedule.Â
Within 24 hours or missed appointments: the $50 deposit is forfeited.
Pregnancy Mini-Consult
Payment in full is taken at the time of booking. If you need to cancel:
More than 24 hours’ notice: reschedule at no cost, or receive a full refund of your deposit.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments: your payment will be held as credit toward a rescheduled appointment, however, missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
If I need to cancel: Occasionally I may need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer the earliest alternative time that suits you. If we can’t find a time that works, or if I’m unable to provide your remaining sessions for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund of everything unused.
