My name is Kirstin and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist, leading CHEW Nutrition and Dietetics in Brisbane, Australia, as its Owner and Consulting Dietitian. My academic journey at Queensland University of Technology culminated in a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (First Class Honours), complemented by my membership with Dietitians Australia.
Transitioning into dietetics after a period dedicated to family life, I was driven by the desire to simplify healthy eating for those juggling busy schedules. My scientific curiosity, beginning with a Bachelor of Science, reinforces my commitment to evidence-based practice, ensuring reliable and actionable nutrition guidance.
