Health Management Consultation

An initial health management consultation runs for 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive review of your medical history, blood tests, diet, and lifestyle habits. From this, personalised eating guidelines are developed to support your health goals. Please ensure that a copy of your GP care plan is emailed to me prior to your session to ensure there is no delay in processing your Medicare Rebate. 

Review Consultations

Review consultations are 30-minute sessions designed to provide ongoing education, support, and adjustments to your eating guidelines. These sessions allow us to track progress, address any challenges, and refine your approach as needed. You’ll also receive additional resources and tailored strategies to help you stay on track.

Ongoing Support Options

After your initial consultation, you have the flexibility to choose the level of support that suits you best. You can book single review sessions as needed, or for those wanting ongoing accountability and a structured approach, we offer 3- or 6-session packages at a discounted rate. These packages are ideal for continued guidance, motivation, and long-term success on your health journey.

Appointment Information 

All appointments with CHEW Nutrition are conducted online via secure Telehealth. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to join your video consultation. Appointments are conducted in AEST (Brisbane time), and you’ll need a device with internet access and a quiet space. Payment in full is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
