I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in menopause nutrition.
I work with women navigating this stage of life who feel frustrated, stuck, or confused by the changes happening in their bodies. My approach is evidence-based, practical and realistic, no extremes, no overwhelm.
As a woman in my 40s myself, I understand just how different things can start to feel and how important it is to have guidance you can trust.
My practice, CHEW Nutrition, is a fully digital practice. My clients love the flexibility of online appointments: no travel, no parking hassles and easy to fit around busy schedules.

Introducing my Menopause Nutrition Kickstart Package
This is my most popular package. It is a structured starting point designed to help you understand your body, identify what’s driving your symptoms and create a personalised plan that actually works for this stage of life.
Here’s how we work together:
Step 1: Comprehensive Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
We take a deep dive into your health, lifestyle, symptoms and current habits to understand the full picture, not just one piece of the puzzle.
Step 2: Personalised Nutrition Roadmap
From the information collected in the initial session, I will develop your personalised menopause nutrition roadmap, containing practical, realistic strategies tailored to you, no rigid rules or extreme diets, just clear guidance you can actually follow.
Step 3: Follow-Up Support with two Review Sessions (30 minutes each)
The first session will be dedicated to walking you through your roadmap and we will then begin to implement your tailored strategies. The second review session allows for ongoing accountability, implementation and troubleshooting.
This package is an ideal entry-level option that offers you support and early progress without committing to a large financial or time commitment.
